Susan White is a true lover and advocate of animals, and has won many top national awards for her portraits of dogs taken at her studio in the middle of a nature preserve in Pembroke, MA.

She has raised thousands of dollars for local shelters with her pet photo benefits she runs every year.

Ms. White received both "Certified Professional Photographer" and "Master of Photography" degrees from Professional Photographers of America. She was also chosen as "gallery artist" at the South Shore Art Center in Cohasset, The Plymouth Art Guild and the Copley Art Society in Boston.

Her pictorial work has been displayed in many one woman photo exhibits and art shows throughout New England.

Mark

He often says that he is my "better half" and you'll often see him assisting with our pet sessions. Mark is also running the technical end of our business, is the creative side of our photo restoration services, and does an amazing job creating the perfect headshot.for clients all over the state.

Beth

Another super important part
of our studio “family” consists of Beth, a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia, who oversees our art department as well as assisting Susan with all the dog and human portrait sessions.

Rest in peace Rosie

We bid farewell to our beloved Rosie. She was the cutest, friendliest Dachshund you'll ever meet! In her short 9 years she shared her love with us and greeted many of our clients that visited our studio during that time. We love and miss her playfulness everyday.

Rest in peace Midas

In 2021 we bid farewell to Midas. At 19 years old he was still pretty active and lovable. We will miss him

Bailey

Get ready to meet our newest addition to our furry family! Bailey is a mini Dachshund just weeks old. Right now he is in his learning phase and soon will be able to greet all our visitors to the studio. Be looking for him the next time you stop by!

Welcome to Photography by Susan White. We are a low volume-high quality photography studio and gallery, in a beautiful new location in Pembroke nestled on over three acres of woodlands, surrounded by a nature preserve. Here we create relaxed, natural portraits both indoors and outdoors.

Our work is available on fine art canvas, or classic lustre finish, all in color or rich warm toned black and white. We pride ourselves on the reputation we've earned in the last thirty years with both our photography AND our customer service. Just ask anyone we've ever worked with.
